In Circus Boot Camp you will learn the basics of:
Acrobatics, Juggling, Object Balance and more.
CBC is an amazing workout for your mind, body and spirit!
Static Trapeze for Beginners
Explore the aerial arts atop the Static Trapeze.
You will learn fundamental poses, moves and transitions on the trapeze.
We will also focus on aerial conditioning, safety and basic choreography.
No prior experience necessary!
Tightrope Walking and Balance
Learn the fundamentals of Balance for the circus and life.
Learn to balance objects, other humans and your self in an eccentric and performative way. We will walk on an authentic circus Tightrope (different from the modern slackline). Students will also learning to balance on the Walking Globe.
Each lesson includes tailored exercises to strengthen your
internal and external balance on and off the rope!
